Christine has worked for various blue chip companies in the property and facilities management field for over thirty years. Chris has managed operating budgets of up to £8m, multi-site environments with buildings ranging from 600 – 150, 000 ft, and has considerable experience in property acquisition, contract negotiation, building management and all areas of FM. Chris is a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management.
 
Kevin Captain MBIFM
Kevin has around 12 years experience working in property and facilities management for various London based companies. He has considerable experience managing multi-site buildings both in the UK and Europe. Kevin is also a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management.
 
Daniel O’Connell
Daniel provides Temple Property Services with valuable commercial legal expertise having extensive experience as a specialist in corporate matters. Daniel was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1991 and since then has become the Managing Partner of a highly regarded law firm based in Central London.
 
Janice Martin
Janice has worked as a Property lawyer for several high profile law firms in Scotland and Northern England before moving to London. She is dual qualified to allow practice in Scottish law and is experienced in all property matters, specifically investment acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, development work and secured lending.
 
Anthony Simmonds FCA FCCA
Tony has been a qualified Chartered Accountant for over forty years, many of which he has spent specialising in business development, corporate finance and management consultancy. Tony has also held numerous executive and non-executive directorships in companies engaged in property development and investment, IT, banking, insurance and leisure.
 
Mark Johnson B.Com ACA
Mark heads the Temple Property Services Accounts team and has been a qualified Chartered Accountant for over fifteen years.
